Compensation: $30.00 - $44.50 per hour, with differentials and a float pool premium.

About the Role:

Join our Med/Surg/Telemetry Float Pool at a leading healthcare facility in Asheville, NC. As a float pool RN, you will gain experience across various units, including medical-surgical, telemetry, progressive care, and critical care. This full-time, night shift position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care across multiple units, including medical-surgical, telemetry, progressive care, and intensive care units.
• Utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide comprehensive care to patients and their families.
• Implement medically prescribed interventions and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate leadership in facilitating the delivery of professional nursing care, ensuring patient comfort and well-being.

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license with the North Carolina Board of Nursing or eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification required.
• Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care (hospital) environment preferred; candidates with one year of solid experience will be considered.
• National certification in a specialty area preferred.
