Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range:
• 2 years of experience: $30.69/hour
• 5 years of experience: $33.71/hour
• 17 years of experience: Up to $43.20/hour

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

• Relocation Assistance: Approved for those 100 miles away, typically $2.5k to $5k.
• Shift Differentials:
• Nights: $4.25/hour
• Weekends: $3.00/hour

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Pulmonary Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering adults in a patient-centered care model. You will be required to make clinical assessments and manage treatment autonomously while being part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation.
• Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Analyze assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues.
• Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation.
• Act as an advocate for patient safety.
• Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment.
• Educate patients regarding their medications, procedures, and treatments, providing support throughout their stay.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of acute care RN experience required.

Certifications/Licenses:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida, or multistate licensure or ability to obtain licensure prior to start.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required prior to start.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Additional Information:

• Candidates must live within a commutable distance; those living 60 minutes or more away will not be accepted.
