Job Summary

• Manage and execute all published content (images, video written) across various official DTS social media platforms.
• Execute and extract social media reporting.
• Implement strategies from leadership in expanding community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
• Collect content based on the curation plan made my leadership and implement them into curation.

• Implement marketing strategies tailored for the Chinses-speaking audience.
• Coordinate the creation of Chinese marketing collaterals.
• Liaison with the Chinese Studies department to assist with marketing needs.
• Assist in research of understanding the market for Chinese studies department.

• Collaborate with Marketing Manager to assist in Marketing strategy implementation.
• Execute market research to acquire data to understand better DTS consumer requirements, habits, and trends.
• Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating proficiency in various areas (facilitation and optimization, advertising, event planning, etc.)
• Execute marketing initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media e-mail, TV, etc.).
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Knowledgeable in social media management as well as using tools such as Sprout Social.
• Experience working with and creating marketing campaigns for diverse audiences, including fluency in Chinese (Mandarin preferred).
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects utilizing ASANA, Microsoft 365, and other collaboration software with many moving parts.
• Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas.
• Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail an accuracy.
