Seasonal Inventory Technician (Seasonal)

We are looking for great seasonal candidates to provide asset inventory support at Baltimore City Public Schools. Hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am – 2:30pm. Project is expected to run between mid-June - August but could be extended, as other opportunities may be available depending on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Identify and box devices.
• Ability to scan devices with a hand-held scanner
• Update excel spreadsheets in real-time
• Ability to travel from school-to-school to pick-up devices
• Deliver scanned devices to a Baltimore City central location.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Must use extreme care while driving and delivering customer product.
• Knowledge of the Baltimore City area.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Proven excellent customer service skills.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Reliable transportation as candidates will be assigned to a school within Baltimore City
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position; must be able to lift and handle 20-30 pounds of technology.
• Stamina to stand, walk or sit while driving for entire work shift.
• Good customer service skills
• Excellent team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Experience:

• Inventory control: 1 year (Preferred)
