The state's number 1 Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM dealer is looking for a qualified Floor Manager to join the team and help the store reach for further success. As a part of Dan Cummins Auto Group, you will be joining one of the fastest growing and largest volume dealer's with a knack for providing exceptional customer experience and a close employee team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with monitors customer activity on the floor, the sales team's activity and will be the closer. Training and helping improve the performance of salespeople is vital to being successful in this role.

Automotive Floor Manager - Essential Duties

• Hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all salespeople.
• Ensures that each customer is greeted as quickly as possible.
• Helps salespeople close deals when necessary.
• Communicates with salespeople to ensure that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed.
• Conducts sales training meetings as directed by the General Sales Manager.
• Assists in helping salespeople achieve their goals and provides them with the support to meet these goals.
• Assists in development of improvement programs for salespeople who are having difficulty reaching their objectives.
• Ensures salespeople maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.
• Recommends for dismissal any salesperson failing to meet dealership standards.
• Contacts new owners within 24 hours of delivery to ensure complete satisfaction with sales and delivery process. Addresses any concerns or complaints immediately.
• Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect vehicle sales.
• Maintains professional appearance.
• Attends managers meetings as requested.
• Other tasks as assigned.

The ideal candidate will be a Floor Manager in their current role or have experience as a Sales Manager with the above duties. We are looking for an energetic, seasoned professional.
