Job DescriptionPosition Overview: As the General Manager at Danger Hart Hospitality, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bar operations. From scheduling and managing staffing levels to ensuring top-notch guest service and compliance with regulations, you'll play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our patrons.

Our establishments provide a safe space for our customers to meet up with friends, family, clients and co-workers. We never charge a cover and are always 21 Country Line Dancing at Duke's and Dottie's, concert by Molly Hatchet at Fire Betty's or sharing a pint at Finnegans Wake Irish pub our diverse establishments provide something for everyone.

Responsibilities:
- Efficiently schedule and manage staffing levels to align with payroll costs, business volumes, and guest expectations.
- Ensure that service meets the company's appearance and quality standards by closely monitoring staff performance.
- Develop, train, and enforce service standards for the team.
- Create, implement, and maintain budgetary goals while managing expenses effectively.
- Train and oversee procedures to ensure fast and efficient service, meeting both guest and company expectations.
- Implement and enforce programs that comply with Health Department, Internal Controls, and Government regulations.
- Conduct inventory management including rotation, maintaining par levels, and discontinuing items as necessary. Ensure that inventory orders are within given threshold.
- Provide exceptional guest service to both external and internal customers.
- Effectively manage department staff, including hiring, training, evaluating, coaching, and termination as needed.
- Manage expenses within budgeted guidelines, including payroll and staffing levels, while adapting to business volumes.
