Daniels Health is Hiring a Revenue and Income Division Manager Near Chicago, IL
We are looking for a Revenue & Income Division Manager to help support our team here in Chicago, they will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing revenue financial results and overseeing the billing/revenue division. This is a great opportunity to join a growing global healthcare services organization. Key Responsibilities
Prepare financial reports throughout the month to report on and analyze expected revenues
Manage the daily work activities in the Billing/Revenue division
Oversee the monthly billing process, including monitoring automated invoicing process within billing system
Work closely within billing system, including identifying automation opportunities and improvements
Month-end revenue reports
Respond to internal and external billing inquiries or make sure they are distributed appropriately
Liaise with plant admins, business managers, field service manager, internal staff, and customers
Oversee monthly CPI increases
Revenue analysis including reviewing unbilled activity, billing reconciliations, etc.
Manage revenue accruals and reserves
Manage Billing/Contracts team including managing monthly close checklist, manage Salesforce case load and make sure everything gets closed out in a timely manner, double check customer system setups for accuracy, hold weekly meetings with team to keep everything on track, report progress, etc.
Monitor and report on productivity metrics for the Billing/Revenue division
Report revenue to the Senior Leadership team as required
Ad hoc reporting and analysis
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of billing and revenue experience; 1 – 2 years of management experience
Degree in Finance or Accounting or in a related field
Critical thinking and sound decision-making skills
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Leadership skills & experience managing a team
Excel skills: creating and reading reports, basic formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, count ifs, etc.
Word and PowerPoint knowledge
Salesforce experience would be nice but not required
