Daniels Solutions is an insurance brokerage based out of Tampa and we are seeking a few dynamic Customer Service/Sales Representatives to join our team, as we are rapidly expanding. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to achieve sales targets. However, experience is not required as we offer ongoing training in a classroom setting and in the field.
Job Perks:
Responsibilities:
- Drive to the Tampa office one to two times a week for staff meetings and training.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships preferred.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
