Responsibilities As a Danis Project Manager you’ll: Lead with Vision : Establish project objectives and standards, collaborate with our Project Executive, and ensure projects align with corporate policies.
Execute Excellence : Oversee project construction to deliver on design, budget, and schedule, taking full accountability for project completion and customer satisfaction.
Guide & Mentor : Lead project meetings, provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions, and mentor and develop project engineers.
Demonstrate Financial Mastery : Manage cost control, billings, change management, and cash flows, maximizing profitability and building valuable client relationships.
Ensure Safety & Compliance : Implement safety programs, maintain meticulous project documentation, and ensure on-time, on-budget completion while mitigating schedule impacts.
Qualifications As a Project Manager you’ll bring: Educational Background : A four-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
Experience : A minimum of a 10 years in Project Management, with a focus on at-risk (self-perform) General Contracting, specifically within the healthcare, life sciences, and industrial sectors. Project Expertise : At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing on-site, at-risk projects ranging from $5-10 million in the commercial and institutional domains.
Process Proficiency : A comprehensive understanding of project processes and their pivotal role in ensuring project success.
Financial Acumen : The ability to adeptly manage budgets, optimize profitability, and foster enduring relationships to secure future projects.
Critical Thinking : Navigate complex challenges, innovate solutions, and make informed decisions that drive project success.
