As our operations expand, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse activities.

Job Overview: The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive warehouse experience, and a commitment to maintaining an efficient and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods.
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and resolve discrepancies.
• Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• Safety & Compliance: Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and proper use of warehouse equipment.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and staffing.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a warehouse manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in using warehouse management software and basic computer applications.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
