Basic Roles & Responsibilities

The Lifeboat Planner position will plan all activities for lifeboat repair, preventative maintenance, and coordination of lifeboat drills across the Gulf of Mexico.

The Lifeboat Planner be the focal point for all material purchased, scope undertaken during drills, and repair scopes executed. Strong mechanical planners will be able to perform the role. No offshore travel required.

Responsibility:

• Support all lifeboat drill coordination activities.
• Plan all lifeboat repair and preventative maintenance work orders.

Qualifications/Base Requirements:

• Demonstrate 5 Years of SAP tool usage (Work Order, Requisition, & PO Creation)
• Advanced communication & interpersonal skills written & verbal.
• Advanced Microsoft office tool usage (Excel, Outlook, & Word)
• Ability read and interpret drawings (P&ID, Isometric, Structural, & Electrical)
• Ability to create and interpret material takeoffs from drawings
• 5 Years experience obtaining quotes & working with industrial vendors.
• 5 Years experience working in the industrial field (Downstream or Upstream)
• Ability to work a flex schedule in office and at home office (Home: Monday & Friday, In Office: Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday).
