Job Overview:

We are seeking a Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for powersports services and excellent customer service skills. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their unit maintenance needs and ensuring a smooth service process.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them in scheduling powersports services

- Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle issues and concerns

- Provide accurate estimates for powersports services and repairs

- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work

- Update customers on the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs needed

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history

Experience:

- Previous experience in sales or powersports services is preferred

- Knowledge of powersports maintenance and repairs preferred

- Strong understanding of automotive / powersports service processes

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate with technicians
