**Job Description:**
The Network Voice Engineer specializing in Cisco technologies is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of voice communication systems. This role involves working with Cisco Unified Communications solutions to ensure the reliability, security, and optimal performance of voice networks. The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of Cisco voice technologies, and networking protocols, and possesses strong problem-solving skills.
**Responsibilities:**

• Design, deploy, and maintain Cisco Unified Communications solutions.
• Implement and support voice-over IP (VoIP) protocols and technologies.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate voice solutions into the network.
• Ensure the security and compliance of voice communication systems.
• Monitor and optimize voice network performance.
• Provide technical support for voice-related issues and incidents.
• Implement and support voice gateways, SIP trunking, and telephony features.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for voice-related services.
• Document configurations, procedures, and changes for voice systems.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Network Voice Engineer with a focus on Cisco technologies.
• Strong understanding of Cisco Unified Communications solutions.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications Manager.
• Knowledge of voice codecs, SIP, H.323, and other VoIP protocols.
• Experience with Cisco voice gateways and telephony features.
• Familiarity with network protocols, including TCP/IP, UDP, and QoS.
• Security knowledge related to voice networks and communication systems .
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Cisco certifications such as CCNA Voice, CCNP Voice, or CCIE Collaboration are desirable .
