Job Summary

• Prepares and serves baked goods, hand pies, and other miscellaneous/seasonal items to patrons.

General Accountabilities

• Be able to work on completing prep/daily pars, clean, and fulfill orders simultaneously.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas, utensils, and equipment. *Dishes included*
• Checks temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, and heating equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Describes menu items to customers or suggests products that might appeal to them.
• Prepping batters, doughs, and other ingredients.
• Serves prepared foods, such as muffins, pastries, bread and bagels.
• Stocks service stations with utensils, trays, to-go containers, etc.
• Responsible for following a closing and cleaning kitchen list at the end of each shift.
• *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
• Ability to convert temperatures from Celsius to Fahrenheit and vice versa.
• Understanding recipes by working out cooking times based on each individual product.

Job Qualifications

• Experience: 6 months to a year
• Proficient in making pastries, bagels and breads.
• Ability to lift 50 LBS.
• Ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must work weekends.
