DARCARS Automotive Group is now seeking a Data Entry Clerk/ Bookkeeper

DARCARS Automotive Group is looking for afull-time Data Entry Clerk/Bookkeeper toperform a range of general clerical, accounting, and bookkeeping support functions in the dealership accounting office. The successful candidate will have high energy, be able to work well under pressure, strong attention to detail, self-motivated, with a desire to learn.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience with QuickBookssoftware required
• 1-2 yearsof bookkeeping experience preferred
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds softwarepreferred
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Computer literate to include working with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience working with office equipment such as copier, mail machine, adding machine
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check

• Code and receipt payments
• Prepare and post all bank deposits
• Monitor accounts for non-payment and delayed payment to collect as necessary
• Check, verify, and process invoices
• Sort, code, and enter accounts payable data
• Process all vendor payments monthly
• Maintain vendor files
