The FirmDare has partnered with multiple mid-tier and top-tier firms and are currently looking for Legal Assistants across Real Estate, Commercial Litigation and Disputes.
The RoleThese roles will be well suited an experienced assistant whole is capable of working within a fast-paced team and taking responsibility for day-to-day task such as;
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders
  • File management and matter opening
  • Conflict searches
  • Managing calendars and appointments
  • Travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Monthly billing and expense reconciliation
  • Other relevant administrative duties
To be successful in one of these roles, you will be a skilled Legal Assistant with at least 3 years' experience previously working in either Real Estate, Commercial Litigation or Disputes.
