Darigold is Hiring an Accounting Clerk (FT) Near Chehalis, WA
- Production reporting and reconciliation – data entry of production activity in Oracle 11i.
- Milk receiving in Dairy.com and MPIS system.
- Darigold interplant shipments and reconciliation including shipment testing entry.
- Purchase Order receiving in Oracle 11i and Oracle Cloud.
- Finished goods inventory management, shipping documents.
- Inventory reconciliation of raw materials and finished goods.
- 3rd party shipments and billing reporting including Bill Of Lading management.
- Mock Recall / product tracebacks.
- Receptionist – answering telephone, greeting public, filing plant financial documents, manage key card access to plant.
- Office supplies management.
- Special projects as needed.
- Daily, Weekly, and Month-end reporting as assigned.
- Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook.
- 10-key experience by touch.
- Emphasis on details, accuracy, and precision of transactions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Conveys information clearly and effectively through both formal and informal documents.
- Excellent ability to organize information, manages tasks and projects, and use available tools to effectively contribute to the organization.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Must be able to work on projects with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently without compromising items listed above.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Willing to work occasionally weekend-day / holiday in order to meet month-end accounting deadlines.
- General Accounting background preferred.
- High School education or equivalent required.
- Intermediate level Excel skills.
- College coursework in Accounting preferred.
- Previous general accounting experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Previous administrative experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
