Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise staff during shifts, ensuring smooth operations.
• Develop and maintain weekly staff schedules.
• Handle customer issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
• Oversee the operation of games and handle any issues that arise.
• Track and order supplies for the games and the facility.
• Open and close the facility as needed.
• Uphold company policies and conduct employee performance evaluations.
• Maintain a positive and motivating corporate culture.
• Carry out company requests and implement new policies to enhance business operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience, overseeing a team of at least 10 people.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle complaints effectively.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree or higher is preferred.

Preferred but Not Required:

• Experience working in an escape room, haunted house, or similar entertainment venue.
• Knowledge of computers and general electronics.
• Extensive experience with the following software and platforms: Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Microsoft Outlook.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
