Dark Wolf Solutions is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Associateto assist with developing and executing proactive recruitment strategies to help grow our company. The successful recruiter will be able to build a talent pipeline of qualified candidates to meet both existing and anticipated resource needs. This individual will assist with the management of company recruiting while continuously building strong networks and developing innovative and creative techniques to source talent in the technical and government sectors. The successful recruiter will be able to work on a collaborative team made up of other senior and junior recruiters. This position is located in Herndon, VA.Key Responsibilities:

This position is located in Herndon, VA with remote flexibility, 2 days a week on site. The salary range is 65k-$75k plus substantial performance based bonus, and commensurate on experience.
