Candidate(s) should have a strong acumen for leadership and a desire to be an integral part of a growing office. The candidate must have excellent communication and administrative skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, be able to multitask without sacrificing efficiency, be responsible, and be able to represent the firm, and its clients in ways that enhance its reputation.
Qualified candidates must have a passion for success. Strong record of academic achievement, proven research and writing skills and a talent for handling matters professionally are minimum requirements. Attorneys must be licensed to practice in Rhode Island and be a member of the bar in good standing.
