Job Description :

We are seeking a qualified individual that is committed to treating the customer with the finest possible service and attentiveness.

As a hands-on Service Manager, you will be responsible for supervising service department personnel and possess the ability to roll up your shirt sleeves and get it done.

A high level of organization and efficiency is necessary to succeed in this position. The ability to multi-task and prioritize is necessary.

Other tasks include maintaining the service tracking Access database, providing training sessions, and sales support with demonstrations and installations.

Also, you and your team will be responsible for prompt service, in-house, and field service calls, and will be accountable for providing printed samples on a timely basis, in addition to maintaining service vehicles and parts inventory.

The Service manager is a vital link between the Service Engineers and Sales department and will also be responsible for providing pre and post-sales support.

Must be a resourceful team leader, highly motivated, and a self-starter in-order to project manage and execute new projects between Sales and Service Engineering disciplines .

Skill requirements :

• Excellent mechanical ability.
• Good electronics background.
• Identify and resolve problems quickly.
• Must be detailed oriented and very organized.
• Must possess excellent computer skills.
• Must be ready to give 110% dedication to the job

Qualified candidates are required to have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of previous management-related experience. Mechanical or Electrical Engineers with management skills are a plus.
