We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to become part of our team! The qualified individual will oversees all of the maintenance operations and maintenance functions of the property and also be responsible for establishing and maintaining standards and team proficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise out sourced in house maintenance staff or oversee contract services in the performance maintenance work including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, roofing, paving, sweeping, lighting, metalworking, and common area HVAC functions to ensure the highest degree of efficiency. HVAC certification is a plus.
• Repair major and minor issues with equipment and building's interior/exterior.
• Prepare maintenance schedules to ensure proper coverage.
• Manage all maintenance staffing and adhere to applicable company policies.
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
• Maintain a comprehensive system of inventory management for all supplies and equipment where applicable.
• Maintain purchase order system, if required, and all outsourced contracts. Review and approve invoices for supply or service purchases. Ensure expenditures are charged appropriately.
• Maintain a clean, organized and a safe work space.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

• • Understand and have experience with efficient housekeeping procedures, advanced mechanical /HVAC systems, and preventative maintenance practices.
  • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields.
  • Possess basic computer skills.
  • Possess the ability to work with the Internet and Email programs.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment.
  • Have flexible hours and ability to respond to needs of the center at anytime.
  • Ability to handle physical workload.
  • Physical ability to lift/carry 50 pounds from time to time.
  • Physical ability to climb vertical ladders in excess of 20 feet.
