Dassault Aviation is Hiring a REGIONAL SALES MANAGER for MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) Near Melbourne, FL
Dassault Falcon Jet is building a state of the art 54,000 square foot flagship Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility at the Melbourne Orlando International Airport (KMLB) in Melbourne, Florida. Dassault Falcon Jet will serve customers across North and South America and beyond, the complex will accommodate all current Falcon models, (including the new, ultra-long-range Falcon 10X, the largest purpose-built business jet), and will be capable of performing major maintenance and modifications on up to 18 Falcon models. Dassault Falcon Jet in Melbourne, FL is seeking a full timework Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for selling maintenance, refurbishment, avionics, paint and engine work for all the following facilities: Including Little Rock, AR, Reno, NV, Stuart, FL, St. Louis, MO, Sorocaba, Brazil, and any future service center facilities. Responsibilities:
Sell all the services offered at the Service Centers.
Initiate, develop and maintain a business and personal relationship with each customer.
Develop a sales plan that ensures each customer in the sales rep's territory is visited every quarter.
Negotiate all sales agreements in a fair and equitable manner while maximizing profit potential for service.
Act as the customer's advocate while maintaining a balance between customer and service.
Make sales presentations to professional organizations within your sales territory.
Participate in industry and Sales events (ie. Falcon Jet M&O, NBAA, PAMA, etc.) as directed by the Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
Prepare and submit travel and expense reports as directed by the Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
Maintain excellent lines of communication with all members of the DAS Sales Team and operational personnel at the various service facilities.
Provide assistance as necessary to the new and used aircraft sales department.
Facilitate the adjudication of warranty claims and obligations because of the new aircraft completion process.
Accurately gather all the appropriate technical data and submit this information to the Sales Support team. It is the obligation of the sales rep to ensure this data is secured in an accurate and timely manner
Requirements:
College graduate with a degree in an aviation related field or equivalent work experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must possess proficient computer skills in at least MS Window applications (ie. Windows with MS Office Pro Suite, Word, Access, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook).
Five (5) years' experience in aircraft service sales or equivalent.
