Dassault Falcon Jet is Hiring an ENGINEER - Completion System Design Near Arkansas, AR
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in either Electrical/Electronics, Engineering or Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or Engineering Technology. Completed, relevant education from an accredited college or university may be substituted with years of relevant work experience. 1 year of education = 2 years of experience
- Three (3) years of experience with electrical/electronic or mechanical engineering background
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in and around Dassault Falcon aircraft (requires stooping, kneeling, and climbing ladders/scaffolds) with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Proficient with MS Office Suites
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- CATIA CAD systems experience
- Familiar with CS-25 EASA certification basis
- Familiar with DO-160, HALT, HASS testing of equipment
- Understanding of DFJ processes and procedures
- Knowledge of IT such as small computer Ethernet networking, computer programming and integration of peripheral equipment
- Knowledge of troubleshooting aircraft systems
- Proficient in at least one aircraft system
- Maintain knowledge of general completion system principles
- Continually develop ability to research and find appropriate guidance for design principles.
- Continually develop knowledge of general certification requirements and regulations
- Read customer specifications and determine work scope.
- Develop complete system interface drawings per customer’s specification.
- Check drawings for accuracy and ensure systems will work as desired.
- Ensure specific systems conform to EASA regulations and can be approved on the aircraft.
- Complete the required documentation to obtain design approval through both STC/MOD processes.
- Troubleshooting aircraft systems with supervision
- Assist in development of guidelines and standards for the department.
