The Role

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our customers achieve complete and satisfactory utilization of DCI services. You’ll act as a trusted liaison between DCI and our client banks and drive technical excellence in implementation and support.
What You'll Do:
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead Teller Bank Conversions: Collect and test client data, ensuring flawless functionality based on unique bank requirements.
- Consult and Train Clients: Provide immediate post-implementation support, consultation, and training.
- Coordinate and Implement Integrations: Manage 3rd-party and ancillary applications/interfaces, working directly with client IT teams to troubleshoot, customize, and install solutions.
- Build Databases: Configure and customize Teller databases using SQL.
- Product Development Support: Contribute to the design and testing of new enhancements and features for DCI systems.
- Provide Expert Customer Support: Assist customer service representatives with inquiries and provide backup support as needed.
- Maintain Certifications: Stay current with certifications and technical knowledge for assigned applications.
What Will Help You Stand Out:
- A bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
- Three or more years of experience working for a financial institution.
- Familiarity with DCI services and operations.
- Advanced knowledge of financial computing applications, database systems, and web applications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication (verbal & written), and leadership skills.
