eCommerce Technical Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Technical Project Manager (Onsite) to join our client's team located at Newark, NJ. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage eCommerce projects while strategically developing the account and driving project success. Experience with enterprise application development, particularly using platforms like commercetools, working in a multi-vendor landscape, and strong knowledge of Agile delivery methods is essential.

Duration :- Long Term

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage eCommerce projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Act as the primary point of contact for the customer, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business needs.

Develop strategic plans to enhance the customer's eCommerce capabilities and drive account growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, design, marketing, and sales to ensure project alignment with business objectives.

Oversee the development and integration of enterprise eCommerce applications, particularly using commercetools.

Coordinate and manage efforts across multiple vendors to ensure seamless project execution and integration.

Apply Agile delivery methods to optimize project workflows, enhance team collaboration, and ensure iterative progress.

Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.

Utilize proactive methods of client management to anticipate needs, address concerns promptly, and exceed expectations.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and effective interaction with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Expertise with any of the Project Lifecycle Management tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, Rally is a must

10 year experience in managing similar projects
