Job Description:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

Experience providing referenced ERate services with five (5) or more years of experience in public K-12 organizations with direct experience in a large urban school district.

Five years of ERate Administrator's work history and career accomplishments.

Extensive knowledge of ERate legislation, regulations, and jargon.

Comprehensive knowledge of Category 1 and Category 2 eligible technologies.

Working understanding of Interlocal Agreements (ILA's).

Demonstrate experience with sustained growth of ERate reimbursement in an urban school district.

Experience being a primary ERate and other Government Funding Sources Administrator.

Ability to share references within the national ERate Program.

Two more years of operational management experience in the technology department of a medium-large organization.

Experience creating and facilitating training and resources for ERate.

Knowledge of Internet and telecommunications technology.

Ability to communicate clearly with exceptional writing and math skills.

Two years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Teams.

Familiarity with creating a complex file management system, including file naming convention policy development.
