Data Quest LTD is seeking an independent contractor to patronize businesses as a third-party, unbiased evaluator and report on the Customer Experience (CX) and handling of cash (integrity) of employees. Your feedback enables companies to implement appropriate actions to correct poor customer service before customers become dissatisfied and take their business elsewhere, and avoid potential theft problems.
If you reside in the Boston MA area, have access to a reliable vehicle, are over the age of 21 and can legally work in the United States, please read below:
Customer Service Evaluator
- Independent Contractor Assignments- Flexible Assignment Schedule, each assignment pays a flat rate (typically $20 per audit)
- Opportunity is 20-28 hours of monthly auditing assignments, ranging from majority Boston area parking garage/lot audits, in addition to occasional restaurant, bar, retail outlets and grocery store outlets near the Boston area. (20-28 hours per month = 10-15 audits per month)
- Depending on the number of monthly audits, estimated range 10-15 audits per month, pay range $250- $350.
- This is an ideal opportunity for college students or recent college graduates looking for work experience
- Ideal for college students and part-time workers, as this is Independent Contractor work so provides flexibility on the schedule of assignments each month
- Ideal for retired individuals, looking for flexible work that is not very time demanding each month
- Ideal Background: Retail/Hospitality/Food & Beverage Industry Experience. Also interests in Business Administration, Hospitality and Criminal Justice fields.
