Location : Onsite- Charlotte, NC
Pay rate : Hourly, depending on experience

Expected Skills : Able to work without assistance; can provide limited leadership to others; able to manage medium complexity work efforts;
may have industry experience.
Description (including, but not limited to) :
Assisting with increased Field Services workload due to organization wide return to office effective July 1, 2024; primary focus will be resolving incidents and assisting with AV initiative to bring support more in-house.
Day to day work will consist of :
Gathering information and creating initial inventory of AV equipment county wide
Working through automated task for AV proactive checklist on regular cadence
Assisting with small scale upgrades / installs of AV equipment
Completing standard Field Services (desktop) support requests and break / fix incidents.
