DataStaff, Inc is in need of a Business Analyst/Scrum Master for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients located in Clifton Forge, VA.

*This position is remote; however, the selected candidate must come onsite to pick up equipment and every 2 months for in-person meetings.

Responsibilities:

• The Scrum Master/Business Analyst candidate will serve multiple roles.
• As Scrum Master the candidate will be expected to take ownership and drive the teams to success.
• As a Quality Assurance Tester, the candidate will be expected to design, document, and execute test cases.
• As a Business Analyst, the candidate will be expected to develop, manage, and document systems, applications, and data requirements.
• This role takes the lead in ensuring proper business and technical documentation is written in support of new or existing processes.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong communication skills to be effective in both technical and business requirement discussions.
• The ability to prioritize work effectively and address issues in a timely manner is also essential.

Required Skills:

• 3 years - Scrum Master
• 3 years - Quality Assurance\Manual Testing
• 3 years - Project Manager
• 3 years - Business analysis
• 3 years - Requirements gathering

Desired Skills:

• 2 years - Technical writing
• 2 years - SQL or TSQL Experience
