FL-DMS-Telecommunications-Executive Secretary-Administrative Asst - Highly Desired - Bachelor's degree and 3 years experience in leasing
** Must be able to pass a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background screening **
BACKGROUND REQUIREMENT: Must be able to clear a level 2 fingerprinting and (CJIS) background screening, Criminal Justice Information Services.
The CJIS background screening shares the disqualifying criteria of the Level II background screening, but also includes any unresolved or pending charges as additional disqualifying factors.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
** At least 3 yrs in leasing experience
** Experience as a realtor using leases
** Bachelor Degree
Lease Research
1. Provide assistance on the following:
a) Tower Leases/licenses/use agreements related to space for equipment located on radio towers,
b) Ground leases for DMS towers,
c) Memorandums of Understanding or Tower Use Agreements (TUA) with state or local entities
d) Assignments and Assumption.
2. Provide support to the SLERS Contract Manager and Leasing Manager for managing documents and recording information to a SharePoint filing system all items listed in #1.
3. Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, performing clerical functions, preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, tracking tasks, agenda preparation, and scheduling meetings.
4. Ensuring all State of Florida statutes and rules are followed for the management of leases.

2. Be able to pass a State of Florida criminal background screening in accordance with Section 5, Scope of Work, subsection 5.H., Security Obligations, of this RFQ.
3. Be knowledgeable about how to maintain accurate records and files.
4. Be knowledgeable about the State of Florida government business practices.
5. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Experience with DocuSign (desired but not mandatory).
7. Have at least three (3) years of experience in leasing (desired but not mandatory).
8. Assist in researching legal documents, collecting and summarizing historical information, and preparing documents.
