Process Engineer
The process engineer will help support the implementation of world-class manufacturing techniques and develop processes to make new products. Based in Ontario California, the engineer will work with a multidisciplinary team to support, develop and improve onsite production operations.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Optimize current manufacturing processes
• Design and develop new manufacturing processes
• Co-engineer new products with customers and directly support new sales activities
• Identify, specify, and manage installation of new manufacturing equipment
• Implement continuous improvement projects
• Support estimating of new potential production opportunities to facilitate a growing product portfolio
• Analyze and maintain production data to optimize manufacturing processes

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, similar (B.S. or extensive work experience)
• 3 years' engineering experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• CAD experience (Solidworks preferred)
• ERP experience (SAP preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical ability
• Creative problem solver
• Excellent communication skills
