Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Production Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, using power tools, and mechanical knowledge. This position offers the opportunity to lead a team in a dynamic production environment.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers
- Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed
- Fabricate and assemble products according to specifications
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process
- Train new employees on production procedures
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety guidelines

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools
- Ability to fabricate and assemble products accurately
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team
