The successful candidate should have a working knowledge of commercial construction processes. A general knowledge of tile and stone is desirable, but not required. We will train and equip a successful candidate from entry level to effectively managing a project team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assisting Project Operations Team in managing multiple job-sites.
• Ensure that all field crews adhere to all OSHA and DAC safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe and efficient job sites.
• Provide continuous problem solving in the field to facilitate best outcomes.
• Attend required job site coordination meetings.
• Communicate production requirements to field foremen and crew leaders.
• Direct field crews to ensure maximum efficiency and production.
• Prepare detailed crew production reports and evaluate to identify production opportunities.
• Utilize provided technology to manage project, field and production reports.
• Confirms product performance by conducting tests/ mock ups and spot reviews.
• Confirm weekly field completion reports and assist with trade contractor pay requests.
• Assure adherence to best methods and practices for all installations.
• Coordinate materials deliveries to evaluate best methods of materials handling requirements for each project.
• Prepare purchase orders if required for field equipment and materials.
• Communicate all needs and project requirements to overcome any obstacles anticipated in the field with the project operations team.
• Perform monthly inventory of all tools and equipment.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive, “can do” attitude with all team members.
• Handle all phone calls, emails, and text messages with in a timely and professional manner, responding to client and company communications within 24 hours.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Construction experience or an equivalent construction related degree a plus but not required.

• Comfortable with technology, ie. smart phones, tablets, computers
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Blueprint reading skill
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A positive team player with high energy and a "Can Do" attitude
• Creative thinking, “on the go” problem solving, multi tasking skills
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and pace
