David Kennedy Recruitment is working with aleading Outsourcing / BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard aJapanese speaking Business Development Specialist to join their teams inKrakow.
Position : BusinessDevelopment Specialist
Location : remotePoland
Employment type : Fulltime
Remuneration : Base salary &bonus.
DUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES :
- Drivethe growth strategy for Identity solutions by engaging withpartners and managing onboarding and implementations across variousplatforms including Web Android andiOS
- Engage directly withexternal partners and collaborate effectively with regional andglobal teams
- Demonstrate an understanding ofIdentity solutions confidently addressing highlevel partnerinquiries and resolving partnerissues
- Coordinate with global partnership teamsacross different time zones to ensure seamless joint engagementswithpartners.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Native / fluentin Japanese both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2level)
- Previousexperience in developingand managing strategic partnerships is highlydesireable
- Proven ability to collaborateeffectively with crossfunctional teams (Product EngineeringMarketing Finance Legal) and across different partneragencies
- Understanding of technicalfundamentals related to software and hardware developmentprocesses
- Experience with developerecosystems and programming is a plus
- Capable ofworking independently with a keen eye for detail prioritizing tasksbased on crossfunctional feedback and adapting to rapidchanges
- Must be based in Poland with remotework flexibility and occasional travel to Krakow asrequired
- Ability to work Japanese businesshours Monday to Friday (2 AM 10 AM localtime).
