Position : GamingAnalyst with Danish

Employment type : Fulltime onsite

Remuneration : Basesalary.

DUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES :

• Analyzeriskscoring reports to identify potential addictive behavior andcontact atrisk players via phone or email providing support inaccordance with internal policies and procedures includingadditional checks selfexclusion and accountblocking
• Monitor escalated player registrationsto prevent and avoid underage gambling
• Trackand assess escalated selfexcluded players for risk and managerefunds for eligible players
• Review followupcase reports on a daily weekly and monthlybasis
• Apply a solutionfocused approach toassist vulnerable players
• Recommend changes andimprovements to Responsible Gaming operational activities andprocesses
• Collaborate with the ResponsibleGaming Management team to promote Responsible Gaming awareness anddeliver necessarytraining.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Nativeor fluent Danish speaker with strong English proficiency in bothwritten and spoken forms
• Keen interest inaddiction psychology and knowledge of regulatory and compliancestandards
• Effective listening skills empathyand the ability to understandothers
• Willingness to learn and improvebusiness operations
• Positive mindset andflexibility
• Strong teamworkabilities
• Analytical thinking with excellentattention to detail
• Capability to workeffectively in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment
• Shifts from 9 AM to 11 PM withearly / afternoon shifts Monday to Saturday with a high possibilityof Sunday shifts.
