David Mason Associates’ Structural Team is focused on the design & analysis of building structures, framing & foundations. Our team establishes structural designs based on IBC/ASCE requirements, including building loads, creating structural narratives & calculations of the gravity & lateral systems. DMA Supports clients in education, healthcare, life science & local community, among others. As a newer branch of DMA, we have quickly established strong relationships with the top clients and businesses within the Philadelphia/tri-state region. The combination of a vibrant new office that is producing top quality designs has led to projects with many of the higher education institutes, developers and local community organizations in the region including projects such as the new Veterinarian School at Rowan University, Barracks Hotel at the Navy Yard, Kelly Hall at Drexel University, new Life Sciences buildings at the Bellwether District & Barrett Recreation Center
Our Philadelphia Office is looking for a Licensed Project Engineer with previous building design experience who is ready to jump in & support the team.
Our ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree, has 5 years of related engineering experience, a minimum of 5 years in structural design & holds a Professional Engineering License in the state of Pennsylvania.
