  • Participate in project meetings, providing input, insights, and solutions to design and construction challenges
  • Produce project deliverables using software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite) and hand graphics
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance design efficiency and project delivery processes
  • Become familiar with the agency submittal and review process, including Planning, Design Review, HOA, CCRs, Building, and others as applicable
  • Assist in the coordination of site visits, including site analysis and documentation of existing site conditions
  • Take notes on project changes during meetings to ensure project documentation is accurate
  • Working collaboratively on a team under the management of senior staff and working independently

Job description
