The Office Assistant will be an important addition to the growing team. Requiring a high attention to detail, this role will provide admin support for the David Roberts Consulting (DRC) family of companies. This will include special projects, scheduling support, light inventory management, and working closely with multiple teams across the organization.
This full-time position will work from the Oklahoma Ride Care building (M-F, 8:30-5:00). Healthcare benefits are available.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors, interacting with staff, clients, and family members in a professional manner.
Answer phones, taking and delivering messages for multiple companies.
Oversee clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail.
Manage CEO’s calendar; assist in setting meetings.
Schedule training/group meetings in the building as requested, sending meeting invitations to attendees.
Assist in preparation of teaching and outreach materials; build packets for fleet cars.
Manage inventory of office supplies and fleet car items, ordering as needed.
Assist accounting director with filing, etc.
Pick up parts and materials occasionally (using a company car).
Other duties as assigned by the EVP or other members of the Executive Leadership Team.
Requirements:
Minimum of a high school diploma
Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Smartsheet
Proven ability to manage time effectively to produce results
Operates with flexibility and adaptability, communicating with decision-makers for guidance
Ability to interpret on-going problems and suggest possible solutions
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Ability to receive direction and constructive feedback and put such direction into action.
