Hours: Full Time, including Saturdays (Closed Sundays with an additional day off during the week)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and process deal paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare, submit, and monitor funding of bank contracts.
• Effectively communicate information to dealership personnel.
• Contact banks to obtain lien releases.
• Maintain reports and/or logs of daily new and used deal activity.
• Work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume atmosphere.
• Multitask effectively to meet deadlines.
• Complete motor vehicle registration paperwork.
• Prepare title documents and record incoming titles daily according to procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to titles, odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Internet use, MS Office, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
• Previous experience using computers in a work setting.
• Outstanding attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational abilities.
• Strong work ethic with a proactive approach to tasks.
• Valid driver's license required.
