Davidson Automotive Group is Hiring a Building Custodian - Clay, NY Near Clay, NY
Pay Range: $17-$20/hr
Hours: 5:30am - 2:00pm, Monday - Friday
Hours may be adjusted for early snow removal or deep cleaning if needed.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting the trash throughout the dealership, including employee offices and public spaces.
- Cleaning floors using a walk behind floor machine.
- Cleaning both inside and outside windows as needed.
- Cleaning and maintaining bathrooms including restocking supplies and cleaning the stainless steel fixtures.
- Overall dealership cleanliness from dust, dirt, debris, etc.
- Maintain parking areas by keeping them clean and litter free.
- Maintain walkways during the winter months by removing snow using a walk behind snow blower and applying salt.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
- Must have a strong work ethic.
- Must have an attention to detail.
- Time management.
- Be able to work Independently and collaboratively.
- Be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
- Previous custodial experience.
- Experience using a floor machine and/or snowblower.
