Express Lube Service Advisor (Entry level)Davidson Auto Group is looking for the next great member of our dynamic team. The Express Lube Service Advisor is an "entry level" opportunity that is responsible for scheduling mechanics/technicians work, ordering parts, ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM.Salary Range: $39,000 - $45,000 / annual salary (based on experience).Responsibilities:

- Provide Exceptional Customer Experience by enthusiastically greeting the customer.
- Ascertain automotive problems by listening to customer's description of symptoms, clarifying description of problems, conducting inspections, test drives, checking vehicle maintenance records, examining service schedules.
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers, explaining provisions and exclusions
- Assist customers with the features and benefits of manufacturers recommended vehicle maintenance schedules
- Generate sales in store and over phone through effective communication with the customer
- Automotive knowledge or previous work experience in automotive preferred but not required
- Outgoing, enjoy helping people, and develop relationships easily.
- Detail oriented, process oriented, and proficient with current technology (computers, tablets, smartphones and internet)
- Effective communication skills
- A multi-tasker that can provide great customer service.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid drivers’ license.
