Davidson’s is currently seeking a dynamic individual to serve as one of the company’s staff Accountants. Davidson’s is currently seeking a Staff Accountant to join our hardworking Accounting Department in Prescott, Arizona.
Staff Accountant Responsibilities may include but are not limited to
Verify, reconcile, and post accounts payable.
Communicate with vendors regarding accounts payable.
Assist with monthly accounts payable statement reconciliations.
Support month-end close process.
Ideal Staff Accountant Candidates Would Possess
A minimum of 1 to 3 years of accounts payable processing or general accounting experience.
The ability to effectively communicate in a professional and articulate manner with all levels of contacts.
A demonstrated ability for planning and organization skills, handling multiple tasks, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables preferred but not required.
A strong attention to detail – with double-checking and follow through as a standard.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
