As a Fuel Desk Administrator, your mission is to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of pricing information, streamline fuel desk operations, and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships. You will play a critical role in providing pricing information to customers, verifying data, taking and entering orders, and coordinating with various departments to support seamless operations. Your efforts in maintaining accurate records and resolving issues will contribute to Davidson Oil's success and reputation as a reliable partner in the fuel market.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of the transportation industry and DOT rules & regulations (preferred)
• Extensive telephone etiquette knowledge
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Familiarity with Power BI or other analytical software
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional under stress
• Dispatching experience in a transportation environment (strongly preferred)
• Customer service experience (preferred)
