WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE- Top-Notch Sales Representative- Home Improvement
Are you a salesperson that's motivated, can build trust and establish rapport with a customer easily? Are you a great brand ambassador and able to identify the customer's needs to a superior product? Then join an exciting and successful team! Our current Reps are making $80,000 - $100,000/ year. Schedule is Monday to Friday - Weekend availability.
•Visit with our customers, in their homes, to consult and identify the product that will fit their needs
•Incorporate tools, training and sales methodology to create a connection with the customers to offer our replacement services
•Utilize industry leading product samples, support and technology to assist with the customers to offer our replacement services
•Central NC won Sales Leadership of the Year, which is recognized nationally!
•Our Project Consultants on average are closing anywhere from 35-45%
•Leads are provided for you, no cold calling and no door to door selling!
•4 weeks of paid training

REQUIRED SKILLS
• 2 years experience in Sales
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation to and from appointments
• A proven track record of closing sales and exceeding customer expectations
•Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on evenings and weekends
•Comfortability using an iPad for presenting and utilizing company CRM
•Excellent communication skills, professional mannerism, and diligent follow through
