Parts & Service Advisor Trainee Job Description:
We are looking for a job candidate whose goal is to become a Parts & Service Advisor. The trainee will receive on-the-job training. The candidate will learn to assist customers with their appliance needs, including scheduling service calls and selling appliance parts. The parts and service advisor will track repairs and the causes of problems, and schedule the most appropriate service technician.
To be a successful parts and service advisor, you should possess excellent customer service and communication skills. You should also have the ability to translate customers' non-technical descriptions and relate them in an understandable way to the service team.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8a-5p; No Nights or WeekendsOne week of paid vacation after one year of employment
