V&J is a small hospitality management company that consults with hotels and provides staffing in Pittsburgh & Milwaukee.

Davison Properties we renovate properties and provide affordable rental units and homes for sale. Need to oversee the staff working on projects.

Hotel management experience and bilingual is a huge plus....

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and ensure efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving processes, managing projects, and driving profitability through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Duties
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage profit and loss statements to drive financial performance
- Lead sales initiatives and business development efforts
- Supervise and motivate a team of employees to achieve operational goals
- Oversee project management activities to ensure timely completion
- Conduct process improvement initiatives to streamline operations
