This position provides technical and service support to Accounts Payable T&E team, including support for SAP Concur application with an emphasis on International. Additionally, this position is responsible for supporting process improvements, special projects, maintaining T&E systems, providing accurate reporting throughout the Village, and researching and developing new system opportunities for the department.
Job ResponsibilitiesReporting (International/Domestic)

• Prepare, modify, and develop selected reoccurring and ad-hoc Cognos reports.
• Design queries and manipulate large volumes of data.
• Apply reasoning and creative thinking to turn abstract concepts into decision making tools and reporting.\

Project Management

• 3 years of experience managing or leading Project based AP initiatives

Process Improvement

• Provide and recommend technical solutions to optimize data management and improve business processes.
• Work with others to remove obstacles to achieve team and department goals.
• Utilize Alteryx, macros, and VBA to streamline processes.

Innovation

• Work with IT, Concur, and International/Domestic stake holders to test and implement application enhancements and modifications.
• Implementation of new applications or additional functions in current applications – including testing, documentation, and support.

System Maintenance and Support (International/Domestic)

• Support and maintain SAP Concur
• Troubleshooting day-to-day issues with users using ticketing system.

Salary/ Wage Range$55,000.00 - $75,500.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
