Position Summary:Join our dynamic team at DaVita Guest Services (DGS) as a Specialist I on our Tech Admin Team. This role supports both DaVita Admissions and Patient Concierge teams within our Shared Services department. The Specialist I will be responsible for managing referral and placement processes, handling facility data updates, and supporting our document and data management systems. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop new skills and contribute to our mission in a meaningful way.
The is a remote role. However, on-site presence is required once a month at our office in Malvern, PA. Travel 1-2x year to our office in Englewood, CO may also be required.Key Responsibilities:Referral and Placement Process Management:

Salary/ Wage Range$18.50 - $25.50 / hour
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown. - Oversee and validate the routing of incoming faxes to ensure they reach the correct destination.
- Support the management of referral coordination tools, including resetting user passwords, creating new accounts, and resolving escalations.
- Manage the referral and placement portal, including verifying and approving new user accounts and assisting with account creation and password resets.
- Perform audits and update information for DaVita clinics, non-DaVita dialysis clinics, and other facilities to ensure all systems reflect current information.
- Maintain accurate facility postings and data, ensuring up-to-date information is available for internal stakeholders.
- Provide support for misfiled documents, ensuring they are correctly redirected to appropriate queues.
- Manage and resolve issues within document processing systems to ensure efficient handling of incoming information.
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Healthcare industry experience (Preferred)
- Effective planning and time management skills (Required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (Required)
- Independent judgment and decision-making skills (Required)
- Excellent interpersonal skills (Required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Required)
