Jr. Event Coordinator
Banquet & Catering Services
$22.00-$25.00 per hour
Temp to Hire
Must be Flexible to Work on Weekends
Columbus, Ohio (onsite)

What you’ll be doing:
- Create proposals in line with clients’ vision and company standards
- Meet with the client to make catering/event selections, and begin preliminary details
- Understand and navigate through company software
- Input new events and modify current events in company software
- Attend walkthroughs and client meetings
- Always communicates to clients professionally via email, in person, or via phone
- Manage time within the given schedule
- Works nights/weekends as needed
Who we’re looking for:
- 2 years of catering, sales, or venue experience
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent team development and leadership skills
- Ability to work in an open, sometimes distracting, workspace
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in a related field preferred
